Designed specifically for heavy e-bikes—but versatile enough for nearly any bike—the Piston ION carries up to two bikes at 100 lbs per bike with zero frame contact. The Foot Pedal Lock and PedalPivot™ system allow the rack to fold up or down easily, while the FastFit™ tool-free wheel chock system provides quick adjustment for a wide range of wheel sizes.

Built beyond pavement, the Piston ION is RV-approved and off-road rated, making it ideal for e-mountain bike adventures, gravel travel, and long road trips. For RV use, each tray supports up to 80 lbs per bike, while off-road use is rated for 50 lbs per bike. A 2” hitch-only design, adjustable wheel stabilizers, and full fender compatibility ensure a secure and adaptable fit for modern bikes.
